When will my credit card be charged

Your credit card will be charged at the time of making your advance reservation

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for advance reservations/ bookings, we do not accept cash.

Is any road tolls and airport charges extra?

No, All tolls and airport charges and tips are included in the price quoted.

Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?

No, we will monitor your flight arrival time changes and we will update our reservation pick up accordingly. We monitor on FlightAware.

If my flight number changes, should I let you know?

Yes! You must let us know this information right away so we let the driver know your status has changed.

I wish to avoid paying waiting time, how do I avoid it?

Contact us and request the driver arrives after the flight arrival time.

What is the best way to reserve with us?

Advance reserve and Call 239-662-0408 0r 800 625 8014 or reserve directly on the web site by completing the required form details.

Do I need a credit card to secure a reservation?

Yes a credit card is needed to make an advance reservation

How do I confirm my reservation?

One of our staff will call or email you a confirmed reservation with a confirmed reservation #.

Do you charge for meet and greet at airports?

No, all airport pickup rates include driver meet and greet, but please note we will not meet and greet with vehicles such as vans or high tops cannot pass through into parking areas due to height restrictions. You can meet the driver in the arrivals area who will guide you to the vehicle.

What is the arrangement to meet the driver at Miami Airport MIA), Fort Lauderdale airport (FLL), or (RSW) Southwest Florida airport Fort Myers, Punta Gorda airport (PGD) Tampa Airport (TPA) Orlando Airport (ORL)?

Our driver will meet you at the luggage claim carousel with a name sign to meet and greet you, or if you have no checked luggage the driver will meet you at the arrivals door as you enter the terminal unless you make specific request to meet at a door number outside the terminal with the vehicle

Do you provide child seat belts?

Yes we do, but let us know at the time of reservation.

Can you install safety seats?

The seat can be installed but you will have to install it due to liability reasons and sign a disclaimer as such. The driver can “assist” you to install it.

Will the driver assist with luggage?

Yes the driver will assist.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

It is advised you advance reserve at a minimum 24 hours in advance to guarantee service.

Can we request an additional stop?

Yes, if the request is provided to us at reservation. Otherwise not unless in case of emergency.

Cancelation policy:

Reservations must be canceled 48 hours minimum before scheduled pick up’s. If a reservation is canceled with less than 48 hours notice from scheduled pick up time we will charge you the full amount of the reservation.

Are you closed on any holidays?

We offer service 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
